Is this required after you build my site?
No, it is recommended but not required. A site can be self-managed if you or your team are comfortable handling updates and monitoring. This plan exists for businesses who would rather hand that ongoing work to someone else.
What counts as a "small content change"?
Text edits, swapping an image, updating a price, hours, or a staff bio — the kind of small update that takes minutes, not hours. A full redesign, new page layout, or new feature falls outside this plan and is scoped as its own project.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. This runs month-to-month with no lock-in contract, consistent with how we run every ongoing service — we keep the work by continuing to earn it.
What happens if something breaks between monthly checks?
Uptime and security monitoring run continuously, not just at the monthly check-in, and clients on this plan get priority support if an issue is flagged or reported.
Does this include security assessments too?
This plan covers uptime and security monitoring day to day. A deeper security assessment and hardening is a separate service — see Cyber Security — and can be bundled in alongside this plan.
