These terms govern digital agency services provided by Searchbar ("we", "us"), whether delivered as a one-off project or an ongoing monthly retainer.

Scope of Service

Services covered include those described on our services pages: SEO, digital marketing, branding and graphic design, website and app development, cyber security, data analytics, business analysis, AI and automation integration, platform migrations, and website care. Work outside an agreed written scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately.

Quotes & Pricing

Every project or retainer is confirmed with a written quote before work begins. Prices shown on this website are indicative starting ranges only, not binding until confirmed in writing for your specific scope.

Project Work

Fixed-scope projects (such as a website build or brand identity) are delivered against a defined scope and timeline agreed in writing. Delays caused by late feedback, content, or approvals from the client may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.

Ongoing Retainers

Monthly retainer services (such as SEO or digital marketing) run month-to-month and may be cancelled by either party with notice as agreed at the start of the engagement. No results are guaranteed for marketing services, which depend on factors including competition and market conditions outside our control.

Payment

Payment terms are confirmed in the written quote for each engagement. Late payment may pause active work until resolved.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, deliverables created specifically for a client (such as a website or brand assets) become the property of the client, excluding any third-party licensed components, templates, or stock assets used under their own license terms.

Limitation of Liability

We take reasonable professional care in every engagement, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for marketing results that depend on factors outside our control. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
